The Inspection

Your inspector will perform a comprehensive visual inspection of the home's major systems and components that addresses function, condition and safety. This includes roof, structure, foundation, plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, interior and exterior. RoadRunner Inspection Service inspects according to the Standards of Practice established by the TREC and follows NACHI's Code of Ethics. A home inspection usually takes about two to three hours. Clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector to gain the benefit of verbal comments in addition to the written report. During the inspection your inspector will address questions you may have, and will distinguish between items that need to be repaired or replaced, areas that may need routine maintenance, and items that may need immediate attention.

Professional Results

Upon conclusion of the inspection your inspector will conduct an on site walk through where he will explain his findings and projected maintenance and repairs. During the walk through the inspector will answer your questions. Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive detailed narrative report with digital photographs of the defective items.
