Using everyday language, the inspector explains the operation of these systems as well as projected maintenance and repairs. We inspect according to nationally recognized industry standards.

An inspection usually takes about two to three hours. Since it's true--a picture's worth a 1,000 words--clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector to gain the benefit of verbal comments in addition to the written report. Your inspector will address questions you may have, and will distinguish between items that need to be repaired or replaced, areas that may need routine maintenance, and items that may need immediate attention at the time of the inspection.
